🔧 Initial Setup:

1. Unfold the Scooter
   Use the folding lock mechanism and red spring loaded secondary locking bolt to secure the scooter in the upright position. Refer to the folding instructions printed on the scooter.

2. Charge the Battery for at Least 5 Hours

   • Do this before first use.

   • IMPORTANT: Do not store or charge the battery below 32°F (0°C). Cold temperatures can permanently damage the battery.

3. Push to Go!

   • Push off with one foot while activating the throttle to engage power. This is a safety feature that avoids accidently accelerating when not on and in control of the scooter.

• This product is designed for riders 13 years and older.

• Maximum rider weight: 220 lbs (100 kg)

• Always wear a helmet and visible clothing when riding.

• Only one rider at a time.

• Avoid water and wet conditions—do not ride in the rain.

🔧 Troubleshooting & FAQs

🟥 My scooter won’t accelerate!

• Ensure the battery is charged.

• Ensure you are pushing off from a stop while activating the throttle.

• Check the power switch is on.

🔌 The charger light stays red.

• Charge the battery for at least 5 full hours.

• If the light never turns green, try a different outlet or contact support.

❄️ I stored my scooter in a cold garage. Now it won’t turn on.

• The battery may be permanently damaged if exposed to freezing temperatures.

• Always store your scooter indoors above 32°F (0°C).

🛠 My scooter won’t fold or lock properly.

• Make sure the folding lock mechanism is full rotated and locked in. This will allow you to securely tighten the red locking bolt or secondary lock. Ensure you are pressing down on the spring loaded secondary locking bolt to enable the thread to screw into place.
